Online Art Classes for Ages 6-12
Below is a list of online class projects that will change with stock availability and trends. Each private zoom class is $35.
All necessary materials and starting directions will be: delivered locally within 5 miles, picked up by a parent, or mailed (postage extra $) to your home. After you receive the online art kit, we will agree on a time for the one hour class via the zoom app.
Please note, some projects may take more than one hour, so the child will finish up on their own. Since this is private lesson, I will be coaching them step by step for the full hour. Cherry Blossom Tree Landscape"
Children will be directed on how to paint the landscape background. Then they will add the tree shape with "fingerprint" blossoms.
Children start with a directed drawing of their pineapple. Then we will paint it with different values of the colors to make it more interesting.
Children start with painting their boxes with 2-3 colors they request by email. We will add their monogram on the lids and colored jewels provided in their art supplies kit.
Children will choose from the available bird houses, and request their paint colors and theme to with their art supplies kit.
Children will be directed on how to draw a ferry boat and sea life landscape. Then we will paint it with lots of color and character.
Children will start with coloring the pre-printed hearts with oil pastels. Then they will paint the background with texture and color.
Children start with a tracing template for the sand dollars. Then, they paint them with a set of tempera neon colors. Black oil pastel details and a white wave finish makes this a perfect summer project.
"Neon Rings Splatter"
Children start with a pre-printed template and a set of tempera neon colors. After the bullseye is painted, they take it outside and splatter it! Choice of subjects: pegasus, soccer ball, cupcake, or zebra.
Children will be directed on how to draw the owl and branch, as well as making a colorful background.
"Impressionistic Window View"
Children start with a tracing template for the window panes. Then they fill in the panes with watercolors and an impressionistic style.
"Sunset Birds on Grass"
Children will be directed on how to make a sunset background in watercolors. Then they will add the grass and birds with black ink.
